Jason Romney's background spans publishing and online services as well as law. Prior to coming to the Victorian Bar, he was the founder and chief executive of one of Sydney's pioneering interactive agencies, itvworld .com. He has previously been Australian Editor in Chief for Microsoft's MSNBC televsion and internet service, Associate Editor (Computers) at The Sydney Morning Herald, and Arts Editor for The Herald and Herald Sun newspapers. Before founding itvworld.com, he was Group Manager of Portal Content and Applications at Telstra. itvworld.com developed and commercialised world-leading interactive television and digital rights management software fund grants. Jason also publishes widely in newspapers and magazines such as InTheBlack.
